Hey guys, it's just me, Ricky Ray, giving a quick update. There have been a few changes, and some other new things, happening with the site, and I wanted to walk you guys through a few of them.
For starters, the site now has social media buttons on the upper right-hand portion of the page. You can use one of these buttons to like our new, official, Facebook page. Our Facebook page also has a bunch of exclusive material not on the site. It's a real hoot! Also, if you really feel the need to know the minute a new comic has been posted, follow us on Twitter. All my bitches be following me on Twitter.
Unless you're blind as a bat (in which case, how are you reading this?) you may have noticed that a new comic called “Shelby Valentine” has been added to the site. It's an adventure-horror comic about a young paranormal investigator exploring the strange happenings in the hipsterful town of Austin, Texas. It's a story my wife and I wrote together, so remember to give that a look before carrying on with your busy, busy day.
Last, but not least, we have minor changes coming to Space City Heroes. Of course, that means it's time to freak out and burn this mother-fucker to the ground! But seriously, nothing too major to freak out about. All I did was give the characters a little more detail by redesigning them just a tad (“You mother-fucker, you said MINOR!!!”). My main focus was to update the characters to allow for more expression and cohesiveness in their designs.
As a result of really not knowing what to do with Space City Heroes until now, the last two comics that were posted earlier this year have been removed from the series as they do not represent where the comic will be going in 2014. We may dig them up and use them for something further down the line, but at this time they will no longer be available from the site.
That's all for now. Until next time, I'll see you on the other side of the stargate.
